Important Notes

• Unwrapped or used watches will not be accepted, except in valid cases (manufacturing defect, wrong item, etc.).

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

• Delivery charges are non-refundable.

• Refunds and exchanges will be processed within 2–3 working days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
